The Louisiana Department of Revenue (LDR) is providing this web site as a service to the public. The usage of the content, reports, images and logos on the LDR site by any other website is strictly prohibited by law. The misrepresentation via modification of information from this website in any presentation is injudicious and shall be dealt with accordingly to the fullest extent of the law.

Online Conduct Policy

The user agrees to use the Louisiana Department of Revenue (LDR) website only for lawful purposes. If the Louisiana Department of Revenue is notified of allegedly infringing, defamatory, damaging, illegal, or offensive Content provided by User (e.g., through an author chat or online review), LDR may investigate the allegation and determine in its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of such Content from LDR's website. The Louisiana Department of Revenue may disclose any Content or electronic communication of any kind (i) to satisfy any law, regulation, or government request; (ii) if such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to operate LDR' website; or (iii) to protect the rights or property of LDR, its Users or Providers.

The Louisiana Department of Revenue reserves the right to prohibit conduct, communication, or Content that it deems in its sole discretion to be harmful to individual Users, this state Department, the communities that make up the LDR website, or any rights of LDR or any third party, or to violate any applicable law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, neither LDR nor its Providers can ensure prompt removal of questionable Content after online posting. Accordingly, neither LDR, nor its affiliates, nor any of their officers, directors, employees, or agents, nor Providers shall assume liability for any action or inaction with respect to conduct, communication, or Content on LDR's website.

Security Policy

For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, the Louisiana Department of Revenue (LDR) web servers employ industry-standard methods to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage. Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information on LDR servers are strictly prohibited and may be punishable by law.
