BATON ROUGE, La. (October 29, 2008) – Three men are in custody facing multiple felony charges including Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile, and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Juvenile.
The three men are the subjects of an investigation by agents of the Louisiana Office of Alcohol and Tobacco Control. They are suspected of providing alcohol to 15- and 16-year-old girls and engaging in sexual activity with them.
Luther Edward Fleming III, of 12132 Patricia Avenue in Port Allen surrendered to the West Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office Monday afternoon. He was booked on charges of:
• Felony Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile (2 counts) • Principal to Felony Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile • Felony Contributing to the delinquency of a Juvenile (5 counts)
Another suspect in this case, 22-year-old Brandon Gerard Collins II, of 6128 Flynn Road in Port Allen, turned himself in to WBR Sheriff’s deputies on Friday, October 24 to face charges of:
• Principal to Felony Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile (3 counts)• Felony Contributing to the delinquency of a Juvenile (5 counts)
And 19-year-old Daryl Anthony Swanson, Jr., of 3838 Rougon Road in Port Allen was arrested on Sunday, October 26. He is charged with:
• Felony Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile • Principal to Felony Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile (2 counts)• Felony Contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile (5 counts)
