BATON ROUGE – The Louisiana Department of Revenue will host a series of meetings across the state to provide information and answer questions about the series of tax deductions known as the Louisiana School Tuition & Expense Tax Deduction. The Louisiana School Tuition & Expense Tax Deduction applies to education expenses required by schools that were paid during 2009. Eligible expenses include private and parochial school tuition, uniforms, home-schooling supplies, and education supplies required by the school.
